The doll is perfect. Shipping and customer service is awful.

The doll received was exactly as I ordered and my daughter loves it which is why it even gets three stars. It took well over a month for the doll to even ship out. I couldn’t find any info about delayed shipping times so I sent an email enquiring about shipping information and they waited another 10 days and responded right after the doll shipped with basically “looks like your doll shipped already”. Gee thanks. An apology for the delay would have gone a long way.

this little dollie smells of vanilla and is so sweet. you have to buy the clothes separately, but I kind of love that. the blue eyes on this doll are gorgeous as well! would be a great Christmas gift for any little one that loves babies.
