I purchased the basement and the doll house. The basement was perfect. Unfortunately the dollhouse screws where stripped. I am a grandma and the company asked for pics. My daughter in law sent them and they are sending us a replacement. I will stay this. The quality of this dollhouse is stunning. You have to see in person and if the coming states what they say they will. Awesome. It's beautiful and I will upload pics of the defective doll house that they are replacing
