The Balance Board

Have a sensory seeking kiddo? Or a kiddo that’s FAVORITE thing to is is MOVE! The Balance Board is a play staple and go-to for regulating the vestibular + nervous system.

The Balance Board moves back and forth with their weight teaching them vestibular balance and the cause and effect of body movement. Through activities like swaying on the Balance Board, children engage this system, which in turn supports their overall sensory processing, motor skills development, and cognitive functions.

This movement can help improve little one’s balance ability, develop gross motor strength, and enhance coordination - all the great benefits of gross motor play!
